You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Before you return
Please contact us first. Don’t ship anything back before receiving our return instructions and the return address.

Eligibility – change of mind

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all accessories/manuals.

• Safety seals must be intact.

Hygiene & health
For hygiene reasons, opened/used heating belts or accessories cannot be returned, unless defective.

Defective, damaged, or wrong item
Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video of the issue and the packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Return shipping costs

• Change of mind: customer pays return shipping.

• Defective / our error: we provide a prepaid label.

How to start a return
Email info@savecoochie.com with your order number and reason (attach photos/video if defective). We’ll reply within 24h with return instructions and the return address.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For bundles or discounts, refunds may be prorated.

Exchanges
Possible for the same item, subject to stock. Contact us.

Warranty
12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Undeliverable / refused packages
If a parcel is returned due to a wrong address or unclaimed, we can reship it; reshipping fees apply. Original shipping isn’t refundable.

Final-sale items
Gift cards and items marked “final sale” aren’t eligible for return.

International returns (if applicable)
Mark the parcel “Returned goods – no commercial value.” Any duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
