Shipping & Delivery

Processing time

• Orders are prepared within 24 hours (Mon–Fri).

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping times (business days)

• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days after dispatch.

• International: please allow 7–14 business days (if applicable).

Note: “Business days” = Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping fees

• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

• If free shipping is available, it will apply automatically when your cart qualifies.

Tracking your order

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Address changes / incorrect address

• If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately.

• If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address or it is unclaimed, we can reship it; reshipping fees may apply.

Customs, duties & taxes (international orders)

• Some countries may charge import taxes or duties. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included at checkout.

Lost, delayed or stolen parcels

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier first.

• If still missing, contact us and we’ll assist with a carrier investigation and a solution.

Damaged items on arrival

• If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Partial & split shipments

• To speed things up, items in the same order may ship separately. You’ll receive a tracking link for each parcel.

Pre-orders / backorders (if used)

• Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page. Your order will ship as soon as stock arrives.

Holiday periods

• During peak seasons or carrier disruptions, shipping may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.
